We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-engraved, personalized, or final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are specifically excluded from our return policy.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the cost of sending out the exchanged item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
6. International Returns
